Sec. 452.542. SERVICE ON BOARD; VACANCIES. (a) A member of a subregional board serves at the pleasure of the appointing governing body. (b) Each September each appointment must be reaffirmed. (c) A vacancy on a subregional board is filled in the same manner as the original appointment. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
