Sec. 452.546. BOARD MEETINGS. (a) A subregional board, by resolution, shall: (1) set the time, place, and day of regular meetings; and (2) adopt rules and bylaws as necessary to conduct meetings. (b) A special meeting must be called by written notice of the presiding officer or assistant presiding officer. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
