Sec. 452.579. QUORUM; ACTIONS. (a) Sixty-five percent of the members is a quorum. (b) An action of the subregional board requires a majority vote of the members present. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
