Sec. 452.711. INTERIM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. (a) Each subregional board shall select its representative to the interim executive committee before the confirmation election. (b) The interim executive committee, after its organization, shall develop a service plan and determine a proposed tax rate. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
