Board Meetings

Sec. 453.054. BOARD MEETINGS. (a) The board shall hold at least one regular meeting each month for the purpose of transacting business of the transit department. (b) The presiding officer may call a special meeting of the board. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
