Conflicts of Interest: Transit Department Employees

Sec. 453.055. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST: TRANSIT DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES. An employee of a transit department may not have a pecuniary interest in, or receive a benefit from, an agreement to which the transit department is a party. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
