Reexamination

Sec. 453.207. REEXAMINATION. (a) An applicant who fails to pass an examination under Section 453.205 may retake the examination under the policies of the national testing entity. (b) Before retaking an examination, the applicant must: (1) submit to the board a reexamination application prescribed by the board; and (2) pay a nonrefundable application fee prescribed by the executive council.
