Sec. 453.211. INACTIVE STATUS. (a) The board by rule may provide for a license holder to place the holder's license under this chapter on inactive status. (b) A rule adopted under this section must include a time limit for a license holder's license to remain on inactive status. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
