Sec. 453.452. ELECTION PROCEDURES. (a) The provisions of Subchapter D that relate to the notice and conduct of an election under that subchapter apply to an election to dissolve a transit department unless a different requirement is specified in this subchapter. (b) The board shall send a notice of the election to the Texas Department of Transportation and the comptroller. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
