Ballots; Notice of Election Results

Sec. 453.453. BALLOTS; NOTICE OF ELECTION RESULTS. (a) At the election, the ballots shall be prepared to provide for voting for or against the proposition: "Dissolution of (name of transit department)." (b) The board shall send a certified copy of the order canvassing the election results to the Texas Department of Transportation and the comptroller and file a copy in the deed records of the county.
