Procedures For Disciplinary Action; Schedule of Sanctions

Sec. 454.302. PROCEDURES FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION; SCHEDULE OF SANCTIONS. (a) Proceedings for disciplinary action against a license holder and appeals from those proceedings are governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code. (b) After a hearing by the State Office of Administrative Hearings, the board may deny or refuse to renew a license, suspend or revoke a license, reprimand a license holder, or impose probationary conditions. (c) The State Office of Administrative Hearings shall use the schedule of sanctions adopted by the board by rule for a sanction imposed as the result of a hearing conducted by the office.
