Application; Use of Money Not Applied For

Sec. 456.023. APPLICATION; USE OF MONEY NOT APPLIED FOR. (a) A designated recipient may submit an application to the commission for financing of a project under the formula program. (b) The commission shall administer under the discretionary program provided by Subchapter C any money that a designated recipient under the formula program has not applied for before the November commission meeting in the second year of a biennium.
