Art. 45A.002. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Complaint" means a sworn allegation charging an accused person with the commission of an offense. (2) "Cost" includes any fee, including a reimbursement fee, imposed on a defendant by a justice or judge, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
