Art. 45A.164. JURY KEPT TOGETHER DURING DELIBERATION. When the case is submitted to the jury, the jury shall retire in the charge of an officer and be kept together until: (1) the jury agrees to a verdict; (2) the jury is discharged; or (3) the court recesses.
