Sec. 46.012. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY. The department shall adopt rules to administer this chapter including rules for the use of the "Go Texan" logo. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 186, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
