Applicability To Open-Enrollment Charter Schools

Sec. 46.036. APPLICABILITY TO OPEN-ENROLLMENT CHARTER SCHOOLS. An open-enrollment charter school is not entitled to an allotment under this subchapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1504, Sec. 31, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
