Sec. 46.103. EXEMPTIONS. Residents of this state engaged in fishing within the territorial boundaries of this state are not required to obtain a license issued under this subchapter. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
