Sec. 46.109. PAYMENT BY COMPTROLLER. On February 1 of each year the comptroller shall pay to the state of Oklahoma 70 percent of the revenue collected from licenses issued under this subchapter during the previous calendar year. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
