Definitions

Sec. 465.0001. DEFINITIONS. (a) The definitions in Chapter 2001 apply to this chapter. (b) In this chapter: (1) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003, Education Code. (2) "Office" means the Texas Regulatory Efficiency Office.
