Multijurisdiction Agreement Authorized

Sec. 466.451. MULTIJURISDICTION AGREEMENT AUTHORIZED. The department may enter into a written agreement with the appropriate officials of one or more other states or other jurisdictions, including foreign countries, to participate in the operation, marketing, and promotion of a multijurisdiction lottery game or games.
