Sec. 469.107. REVIEW OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STRUCTURES NOT SUBJECT TO CHAPTER. The commission may: (1) review plans and specifications and make inspections of a structure not otherwise subject to this chapter; and (2) issue a certification that a structure not otherwise subject to this chapter is free of architectural barriers and in compliance with this chapter.
