Sec. 47.072. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "license" means a commercial license issued in accordance with a proclamation under this subchapter that authorizes a person to engage in business as a commercial finfish fisherman. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 455, Sec. 7, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
