Definitions

Sec. 470.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Council" means the Advisory Council on Cultural Affairs. (2) "State agency" includes an institution of higher education as defined by Section 61.003, Education Code. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 947 (S.B. 459), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2015.
