Empowerment Zone and Enterprise Community Program

Sec. 481.025. EMPOWERMENT ZONE AND ENTERPRISE COMMUNITY PROGRAM. The office is the agency of this state responsible for administering the Empowerment Zone and Enterprise Community grant program in this state. The bank shall cooperate with appropriate federal and local agencies as necessary to administer the grant program. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1460, Sec. 7.01, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
