Definitions

Sec. 481.681. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Advisory committee" means the advisory committee of the initiative. (2) "Initiative" means the Texas Quantum Initiative. (3) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003, Education Code. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1111 (H.B. 4751), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2025.
