Space Exploration and Aeronautics Research Fund; Establishment

Sec. 482.301. SPACE EXPLORATION AND AERONAUTICS RESEARCH FUND; ESTABLISHMENT. (a) The space exploration and aeronautics research fund is established to provide grants to eligible entities and for other purposes as provided by this chapter. (b) The fund is a trust fund outside the treasury with the comptroller and administered by the commission. (c) The fund is composed of: (1) gifts, grants, and donations provided to the commission; and (2) money from any source designated by the legislature.
