Officers

Sec. 490F.003. OFFICERS. The members serving under Section 490F.002(b)(1) shall serve as presiding officers of the commission and are entitled to vote on all matters before the commission. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 978 (H.B. 2036), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
