Sec. 496.0032. AGRICULTURAL LEASE. The board under terms advantageous to the department may lease real property for use by the department for agricultural purposes and lease fixtures and appurtenances to the property. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 8.09, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
