Legislative Intent

Sec. 499.007. LEGISLATIVE INTENT. It is the intent of the legislature that this subchapter not create an expectation of release on the part of any individual. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 16, Sec. 10.01(a). SUBCHAPTER B. POPULATION MANAGEMENT
