Sec. 5.0561. NAME OF REGISTERED SERIES OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. The name of a registered series of a limited liability company must contain: (1) the phrase "registered series"; or (2) the abbreviation "RS" or "R.S." of that phrase.
