Sec. 5.103. ACTION ON APPLICATION. If the secretary of state determines that the name specified in the application is eligible for reservation, the secretary shall reserve that name for the exclusive use of the applicant. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
