Sec. 50.0151. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Account" means the trafficked persons program account established under Section 50.0153. (2) "Department" means the Department of Family and Protective Services. (3) "Grant program" means the trafficked persons grant program established under Section 50.0155.
