Tex. Government Code § 500.004

Sec. 500.004. PARTICIPATION IN TREATMENT PROGRAM. An inmate required by law or department policy to participate in a treatment program shall participate in the program. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 403, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
