Sec. 5004.105. SURPLUS PROPERTY. The district may sell or otherwise dispose of property or an interest in property of any kind that is not considered necessary to carrying on the business of the district. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.04, eff. April 1, 2009.
