Sec. 5004.152. FILING COPIES OF AUDIT REPORT. Copies of the audit report prepared under Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, as required by Section 60.002 of that code, shall be filed: (1) as required by Section 49.194, Water Code; and (2) with the county clerks of Harrison and Marion Counties.
