Authority Territory

Sec. 5012.0003. AUTHORITY TERRITORY. The authority is composed of the territory in Jefferson County described by Section 1, Chapter 379, Acts of the 63rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1973, as that territory may have been modified under: (1) Subchapter H, Chapter 62, Water Code; or (2) other law.
