Administration and Rules

Sec. 502.061. ADMINISTRATION AND RULES. (a) The system shall administer this chapter. (b) Process and procedure under this chapter shall be as summary as possible. (c) The system may: (1) adopt and publish rules and prescribe and furnish forms necessary for the administration of this chapter; and (2) adopt and enforce rules necessary for the prevention of accidents and injuries.
