Waiver of Rights

Sec. 503.024. WAIVER OF RIGHTS. An agreement by an employee to waive the employee's rights under this chapter is valid if made in writing by the employee before becoming an employee. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
