Wholesale Motor Vehicle Auction Exception

Sec. 503.025. WHOLESALE MOTOR VEHICLE AUCTION EXCEPTION. A person exempt under Section 503.024(d) is not required to obtain a wholesale motor vehicle auction general distinguishing number. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
