Sec. 503.301. LICENSE REQUIRED. A person may not engage in the practice of professional counseling unless the person is: (1) licensed under this chapter; or (2) exempt from this chapter under Subchapter B. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
