Star of Texas Award Recipients

Sec. 504.416. STAR OF TEXAS AWARD RECIPIENTS. (a) The department shall issue specialty license plates for persons who are recipients of a Star of Texas Award under Chapter 3106, Government Code. The license plates must include the Star of Texas Award emblem and the words "Star of Texas." (b) The surviving spouse of a person who was the posthumous recipient of an award described by Subsection (a) is entitled to specialty license plates issued under this section.
