Transferability of Certain Patterns

Sec. 504.855. TRANSFERABILITY OF CERTAIN PATTERNS. The board by rule may: (1) authorize a person who purchases a license to display an alphanumeric pattern for a period of five years or more to transfer the license; and (2) establish a transfer fee to be distributed in accordance with the contract with the private vendor.
