Sec. 505.011. WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE FOR DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES. The department shall pay benefits as provided by this chapter to an employee with a compensable injury. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
