Officers

Sec. 505.107. OFFICERS. (a) The governor shall designate one board member as presiding officer. The presiding officer serves in that capacity at the will of the governor. (b) The board shall elect other officers at the first regular meeting of the board each year. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
