Sec. 506.054. PARAPROFESSIONALS. This chapter does not apply to a paraprofessional technician who delivers applied behavior analysis services if: (1) the applied behavior analysis services are provided under the extended authority and direction of a licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst; and (2) the person is designated as an "applied behavior analysis technician," "behavior technician," "tutor," or "front-line therapist."
