Sec. 507.151. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS; APPROVAL. (a) A spaceport development corporation may issue bonds only if a site in the territory of the authorizing entity has been designated as the site for a spaceport. (b) Bonds issued under this chapter must be approved by the governing body of each political subdivision that authorized creation of the spaceport development corporation.
