Sec. 51.123. LEASE APPLICATION. A person who desires to lease land shall submit a written application to the commissioner specifying and describing the particular land he desires to lease. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2426, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
