Sec. 51.154. CONTENTS: SALES PERIODS. A disclosure statement must: (1) specify the period during which the seller has sold business opportunities; and (2) specify the period during which the seller has sold business opportunities involving the products, equipment, supplies, or services the seller is offering to the purchaser.
