Lottery and Bingo Program Records

Sec. 51.212. LOTTERY AND BINGO PROGRAM RECORDS. (a) Except as otherwise provided by law, all commission records relating to the state lottery under Chapter 466, Government Code, and the regulation of charitable bingo under Chapter 2001 are subject to public inspection in accordance with Chapter 552, Government Code. (b) The executive director shall keep the records described by Subsection (a). Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 284, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
