Sec. 51.249. CONFLICTING SURVEYS. If conflicts exist between surveys, the commissioner shall issue patents to the portions of the surveys that are free from conflict. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2437, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
